James Beckett Builders is a Singapore based company specialised in providing one stop solution for commercial interior fit out and renovation, from design concept to site fabrication and construction.
We founded by a project manager with over 12 years of experience working for top consultant and contractor companies and an interior designer with experience designing over 100 commercial interior space projects.
We are proudly a licensed builder registered with the Building and Construction Authority in accordance to the Building Control Act for undertaking building projects with value up to 6 million dollars in Singapore. As a qualified builder with good knowledge of the Singapore construction industry and authority requirements, we can ensure efficient management, good workmanship and safety for your projects.

Our Process
During the design development stage, clients are welcomed to express their visions, and to request for changes until satisfaction. But not to worry, we have professionals to consult client on the practicality of design to arrive at the optimal solution.The best part is, whenever we propose an interesting design, our client does not have to source for another contractor to find out the construction cost, our team will also provide the cost estimate.
As a builder with a background in both design and cost consultancy, we work with the budget in mind and design within the price tag. Therefore, we can save time on re-design due to insufficient funds, which is very common in the industry.
